Why do people move? Why does transience exist? Why is discovery such an important part of life? Why do people settle? Why do we settle when we can improve and build upon what we have discovered? Why are we so set on goals?
Life is a continuous journey filled with change. But everything we go through is always just a phase– always leading us from one thing to the next. We all make plans and set goals, but everything between here and there, now and then, and this and that is just transience. But it is in transience that we discover the alternatives that can lead us towards where we should be. To be able to move forward, we cannot just keep moving on; sometimes, we must take a step back and reevaluate what has been done to get closer to our goals. We must continuously construct, deconstruct, and oftentimes, reconstruct the paths that will eventually lead us to our ambitions. We must welcome change just as we welcome new thoughts and ideas. We must never allow ourselves to settle. We must never be content and complacent.
Discovery brings change; change brings discovery.

Now:here
Why did it take you so long? I am here... but here is not here.
How do you find yourself in a place that is lost in its own world? Am I really here if here is nowhere?

Hypnagogia
Between waking and sleeping
We consciously act during our waking life. Our brains dictate the way we go about our days.
The transition between sleeping and waking is a grey area full of the unseen and the unknown. A completely different world from what we are used to– a world that we will never be able to fully experience.
With Hypnagogia, I visualise the hopes, ideas, fears, and doubts that come with living with the unknown.
